At Regional and Rural Careers, our mission is to inspire and connect urban youth with rewarding opportunities across all sectors in regional and rural Australia. We do this by hosting engaging information seminars in major cities, followed by immersive regional tours and work experiences that showcase life and work in these thriving communities.

Our programs help young people discover the many advantages of living and working regionally — from affordable housing and a stronger sense of community to better work-life balance and career advancement — while contributing to solving key national challenges such as workforce, housing, and service shortages.
